- Whey250 ml
- Wheat flour375 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Salt (pinch) to taste
- Sugar250 g
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- How to make? Beat the eggs, whey, butter, sugar, salt and vanilla in a blender. When it gets homogeneous without stopping beating, add the flour. Turn off the blender and put the yeast and beat in pulse mode or mix with a spatula. Place in greased and floured form. Bake in a medium oven, preheated to 180°C for about 35 to 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
