  1. Start by removing the lumps (squeeze with your hands anyway). Beat until smooth and return to the pan, leave for another 3 minutes, approximately, and that's it. With the jam still warm, put it in a glass jar with a metal lid and put it in the fridge and you're done. Durability of 2 months.
