- Sour cream200 g
- Chocolate powder2 tablespoon
- Cornstarch Biscuit100 g
- Caster sugar for sprinkling to taste
- Dissolve the chocolate powder in the cream, add the condensed milk and bring to a simmer until it curls.
- Turn off the heat and add the coarsely broken biscuits. Place in a refractory covered with plastic film and wait to cool down.
- Cut into squares and roll in powdered sugar.
