  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • hazelnut cream (nutella or other of your choice)2 tablespoon
  • packet cornstarch biscuit2 unit(s)
  • Sugar for dipping to taste
  1. Line a refractory or square shape with baking paper, sprinkle sugar over the paper and set aside.
  2. Take the condensed milk mixed with the nutella to the fire to make a brigadeiro. When it detaches from the bottom of the pan, cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Mash the biscuit coarsely and add it to the brigadeiro, mixing well.
  4. Pour the Italian straw over the sugar. Sprinkle more sugar on top, smooth with a spatula or spoon so that you get an even surface.
  5. Let it cool, remove from the mold by releasing the paper. Cut into squares or the shape you like. Roll in more sugar.
