  1. In a pan put the condensed milk and powdered milk and mix to dissolve, with the fire off.
  2. Then add the butter, turn on the low heat and keep stirring until the cream gains consistency and releases from the bottom of the pan.
  3. When you get to the point, turn off the heat and add the coarsely chopped cornstarch biscuit.
  4. Mix one last time, transfer the candy to a greased refractory and spread evenly on the bottom.
  5. Now let it cool and then take it to the fridge for at least 4 hours to firm up.
  6. After this time, remove the candy from the refractory, cut it into squares and dip each one in powdered milk.
  7. Now it's just serving.
