- Sour cream2 tablespoon
- Nest Milk/Milk Powder3 tablespoon
- Cornmeal Biscuit to taste
- In a pan, preferably with a thick bottom, prepare a nest milk Brigadeiro.
- Adding the condensed milk, the cream and the nest milk.
- Over low heat, stirring constantly until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Break the cookies roughly and add them gradually to the brigadeiro and mix well.
- Place in a greased dish with margarine. When warm, cut into squares and roll in powdered milk. It's very creamy inside.
