- Chocolate powder2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch Biscuit Pack1 unit(s)
- Sugar100 g
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, add the condensed milk, the cream, the butter and the chocolate powder. Stir well before putting on fire. Take it to the fire, always stirring until it unglued from the bottom of the pan, the right point is the point of rolling brigadeiro.
- Break the cookies into not too small pieces and add to the ready and still hot brigadeiro. Mix until the cookies adhere to the cream. Place in a greased shape with butter or covered with a plastic film. Spread evenly and cover with plastic wrap. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- After the fridge time, remove from the form, and spread sugar on top. It can be regular sugar or icing sugar. Cut the pieces with a knife or a cutter of your choice. Wrap with cellophane plastic or place in a refractory and serve!!!!
