- Grape juice400 g
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Natural yogurt170 g
- Blend 500g of isabel grapes already sanitized in a blender.
- Sift, discard the pomace (can be used in sweets).
- Mix the juice with the other ingredients until homogenized.
- Distribute in pots and take it to the freezer for an hour.
- Remove the ice cream from the pots and hit the blender for another three minutes.
- Redistribute in the jars and take it to the freezer for another three hours at least. Is ready!
