- Wheat flour2 cup
- Grease a mold with a central hole with a lot of butter, place a box of condensed milk or two in the bottom of the mold, it's up to you (and for me italac condensed milk is firmer, I like to make it with it) Place in the fridge while you prepare the dough.
- Cake dough: Blend everything in a blender except the wheat flour.
- In a bowl, place the blender mixture together with two cups of sifted wheat flour and mix well.
- Add 1 spoon of cinnamon powder and 1 spoon of baking powder and mix gently.
- Put it in the form that was in the fridge carefully. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
- Unmold the cake after about 15 minutes and that's it.
