  • Condensed milk1 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  1. Grease a mold with a central hole with a lot of butter, place a box of condensed milk or two in the bottom of the mold, it's up to you (and for me italac condensed milk is firmer, I like to make it with it) Place in the fridge while you prepare the dough.
  2. Cake dough: Blend everything in a blender except the wheat flour.
  3. In a bowl, place the blender mixture together with two cups of sifted wheat flour and mix well.
  4. Add 1 spoon of cinnamon powder and 1 spoon of baking powder and mix gently.
  5. Put it in the form that was in the fridge carefully. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
  6. Unmold the cake after about 15 minutes and that's it.
