- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Condensed milk2 unit(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- warm milk250 ml
- Oil80 ml
- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Pre heat the oven to 190 degrees. Grease a hole in the middle with two tablespoons of butter. Put the two units of condensed milk and reserve in the fridge.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, milk and oil for 3 minutes. Gradually add the flour until you get a homogeneous mass. Finally add the cinnamon and baking powder.
- Remove the form from the fridge and pour the dough gently over the condensed milk. Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Wait a maximum of 5 minutes and unmold while still hot! Allow to cool completely and serve.
