- Unleavened Wheat Flour3 cup
- Milk1.1/2 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Separate the whites from the yolks, then beat the whites until stiff and set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the egg yolk, margarine and sugar until pale.
- Add the flour alternating with the milk and mix well. Then add the cinnamon and baking powder. Finally, gently place the egg whites.
- In a greased shape with plenty of butter, add the condensed milk and then the cake dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1 hour or when you test with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
