  • Almond flour1 cup
  • Brown sugar1 cup
  • Banana3 unit(s)
  • Apple without peel1/2 unit(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Optional cinnamon1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Make a syrup with brown sugar 1Xic bring to the fire and let it melt (same pudding syrup) put it in the mold and arrange the bananas in slices
  2. Pasta Mix all the ingredients in the blender and pour it into the mold. Take it to the preheated oven for 30 min or so or until the fork comes out dry, unmold and sprinkle cinnamon if you like.
  3. This dough can make two cakes just like the photo, if you want to put it in a single shape it's bigger
