  • Unsalted butter (room temperature)60 g
  • Brown sugar or demerara1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Whole wheat flour1 cup
  • Whole wheat flour +1/4 cup
  • Oat flakes or oat flour1 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Chestnut to taste
  • Chopped walnuts to taste
  • Candied fruit to taste
  • Raisins (white and black) to taste
  1. In a bowl, sift the flour and yeast.
  2. With a whisk or in an electric mixer, beat the butter with the sugar until obtaining a very smooth dough, then add the eggs and beat very well.
  3. Then add the milk, then add the flour, oats.
  4. Along with the dry ones, add Brazil nuts, raisins, nuts and candied fruits.
