- 50% cocoa powder1/2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Oat flakes2 cup
- Beat the eggs, chopped banana, oil, raisins and cocoa powder and oats in a blender for 4 minutes. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the baking powder. Mix gently and add chopped banana and raisins to taste. Bake for 35 minutes.
