- Cinnamon1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Icing sugar2 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Milk1/2 cup
- Gems2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Start beating the egg whites and set aside, again in the mixer, beat the butter with the sugar and the 6 egg yolks.
- Remove from the mixer and without beating add the breadcrumbs, half the cinnamon and the baking powder.
- Gently incorporate the snow whites, and take it to a greased and floured rectangular shape to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 min.
- For the filling, light the condensed milk, the butter and the 2 egg yolks to cook until the bottom starts to come off the pan, turn off the heat and wait for it to cool.
- Cut the dough in half in one part, fill with the filling, finish with the other part of the dough and sprinkle with sugar. Pastry with cinnamon on top and it's ready
