Ingredients
Recipe

Egg whites (in snow). to taste
Margarine.100 g
Sugar2 cup
Gems to taste
Milk1 cup
Wheat flour3 cup
Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
Chemical baking powder1 tablespoon

In a mixer, place 3 egg whites and beat until doubled in volume. Stay very consistent and set aside.
After that, in the same mixer add the margarine and sugar, beat again until it turns into “crumbs”.
Add the egg yolks, milk, wheat flour and beat again. Still beating, as shown in the video, add the vanilla essence.
Once well mixed, stop beating and add the chemical baking powder. Mix slowly with the help of a “fouet”.
Add the egg whites from the beginning and mix again with the whisk.
In a greased and floured pan (margarine and wheat flour), add our dough.
And place in the preheated oven: 180•C for: 40min. After the time has passed: (Do the toothpick test, if it comes out dry, it's ready ✔️)
