  • Granulated Tapioca500 g
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • grated coconut100 g
  • Sugar4 cup
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Milk1 l
  1. Heat the milk (no need to boil). In a container add the granulated tapioca and the liter of milk, stir and leave for a few minutes until the tapioca “hydrates”
  2. After the hydrated tapioca, add the grated coconut, half of the condensed milk, coconut milk, sugar (to taste).
  3. Now take the fridge for a few hours, when serving, put the condensed milk. NOTE: It does not go in the oven.
