- Granulated Tapioca500 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- grated coconut100 g
- Sugar4 cup
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Milk1 l
- Heat the milk (no need to boil). In a container add the granulated tapioca and the liter of milk, stir and leave for a few minutes until the tapioca “hydrates”
- After the hydrated tapioca, add the grated coconut, half of the condensed milk, coconut milk, sugar (to taste).
- Now take the fridge for a few hours, when serving, put the condensed milk. NOTE: It does not go in the oven.
