- Condensed milk | 2 can(s)
- Sour cream | 3 can(s)
- Unflavored gelatin | 1 unit(s)
- Strawberry Flavored Juice Powder | 1 unit(s)
- Box of strawberries | 1 unit(s)
- Milk chocolate bar | 2 unit(s)
Recipe
- Prepare the unflavored gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions and set aside.
- In the blender, beat the 2 boxes of condensed milk, the 2 boxes of cream, the powdered juice and the unflavored gelatin.
- Wash the strawberries well, separate some to decorate, the rest chop into small pieces.
- Ganache: Take the cream and chocolate bars to the microwave (can also be done in a conventional fire) long enough for the chocolate to melt.
- In a bowl of your choice, activate half of the blender mixture, add the chopped strawberries, then the rest of the blender mixture. Throw the ganache on top and to finish add the strawberries to decorate (use your creativity).
- Want to make it more delicious? Leave it in the fridge until it is very cold.
