2 cans of condensed milk

Iced Pineapple Plum Pie

Picar um abacaxi grande, e levar para cozinhar com duas colheres de açúcar (usei demerara), até começar a secar o caldo que forma e o abacaxi ficar com mais cor, escorrer o caldo e reservar o abacaxi.

Chop a large pineapple, and cook it with two tablespoons of sugar (I used demerara), until the juice that forms begins to dry up and the pineapple has more color, drain the juice and reserve the pineapple.

Levar ao fogo 2 latas de leite condensado, 2 gemas peneiradas, 1 1/2 lata de leite, mexer até engrossar e cozinhar as gemas, reservar e esfriar; o creme não fica muito grosso.

Heat 2 cans of condensed milk, 2 sieved egg yolks, 1 1/2 can of milk, stir until thickened and cook the yolks, set aside and cool; the cream is not very thick.

Bater as 2 claras em neve, bater bem, e acrescentar duas colheres de açúcar (usei demerara), bater mais um pouco e acrescentar 1 lata de creme de leite sem o soro, misturar.

Beat the 2 egg whites, beat well, and add two tablespoons of sugar (I used demerara), beat a little more and add 1 can of cream without the whey, mix.

Montagem
intercalar o abacaxi e o creme de leite condensado, por último o creme de claras e finalizar com ameixas sem caroços em calda.
Se vc não gostar de ameixas pode fazer sem, mas a combinação é perfeita.
Levar para congelar, eu sempre faço de um dia para outro.

Mounting
intersperse the pineapple and the condensed milk cream, finally the egg whites cream and finish with pitted plums in syrup.
If you don't like plums, you can do without, but the combination is perfect.
Take it to freeze, I always make it overnight.
