Massa:
Para preparar é só bater tudo no liquidificador exceto a farinha e o fermento que vamos misturar por último. Despejar na forma de aproximadamente 22x32 untada com margarina 

Levar ao forno pré aquecido por cerca de 40 minutos ou até que doure.

Pasta:
To prepare, just hit everything in the blender except the flour and the yeast that we are going to mix last. Pour in the form of approximately 22x32 greased with margarine

Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until golden.

Recheio brigadeiro branco:
Levar ao fogo médio, sempre mexendo até desgrudar do fundo da panela. (Fazer 2 medidas, 1 para o recheio e outra para cobertura (aguardar finalizar a montagem pra fazer a cobertura)

White Brigadeiro Filling:
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes off the bottom of the pan. (Make 2 measurements, 1 for the filling and another for the cover (wait for the assembly to finish before making the cover)

Montagem:
Partir a massa do bolo ao meio (na horizontal) tirando as bordas laterais. 

Forrar uma travessa com uma parte da massa e molhar a gosto com água e leite condensado (pode ser leite no lugar da água). Use pouco leite condensado, senão pode ficar muito doce. Coloque morangos partidos ao meio em toda a volta da travessa 😋

Feito isso ponha o recheio de brigadeiro e morangos picados com o lado partido em contato com a massa (nesse caso foram pra cima)

Cubra com a outra parte da massa, regue novamente e despeje a cobertura de brigadeiro.

Leve a geladeira coberto com plástico filme de um dia pro outro e finalize na hora de servir com leite em pó e morangos 🍓

Quanto mais tempo o bolo ficar na geladeira mais gostoso ele fica. 

Mounting:
Cut the cake dough in half (horizontally) removing the side edges.

Line a platter with a part of the dough and wet it to taste with water and condensed milk (you can use milk instead of water). Use little condensed milk, otherwise it can be too sweet. Place halved strawberries all around the platter 😋

Once that's done, put the brigadeiro filling and chopped strawberries with the broken side in contact with the dough (in this case they went up)

Cover with the other part of the dough, water again and pour the brigadeiro frosting.

Take the fridge covered with plastic film overnight and finish when serving with powdered milk and strawberries 🍓

The longer the cake stays in the fridge, the better it tastes.
