- Make the gelatin according to the instructions on the package. Put in the blender along with condensed milk and cream, beat well to mix. Transfer to a container and place in the freezer to harden, after it hardens put the ice cream mass in the mixer and beat until doubled in volume about 10 minutes. Pour the ice cream into a container and return to the freezer. When it freezes well, serve immediately.
