  • Syrup Ingredients: Chocolate powder6 tablespoon
  • Sugar6 tablespoon
  • Water1/2 cup
  1. Syrup preparation method: 1. In a pan, add the water, sugar, chocolate powder and mix well. 2. Place over medium heat and stir until thickened. 3. Remove from heat and allow to cool. 4. Spread the syrup in a pudding mold and set aside. Pudding preparation method: 1. In a pan, add the condensed milk, the yolks and the milk. 2. Bring to medium heat and mix until it thickens, at the point of porridge. 3. Turn off the heat and cover the pan. 4. Wait until completely cool and set aside. 5. In a mixer, add the egg whites and sugar. 6. Whisk until you get a very conscious cream. 7. Add the whey-free cream and mix gently with the whipping cream. 8. Pour this mixture into the mixture in the pan. 9. Mix well until smooth. 10. Pour into the pudding mold and cover with plastic wrap. 11. Take it to the freezer or freezer and leave it overnight or for at least 5 hours. 12. Then just unmold and serve. 13. TIP: Heat the pudding mold on the stove, very quickly to make it easier to unmold.
