1º Creme cozinhe tudo junto e deixe esfriar

2º Merengue, bater as claras depois misturar o açúcar e por último misturar o creme de leite.

Quando esfriar o creme misture com o merengue. separe

Misture o Nescau com o leite separe

Caramelar a forma com o açúcar, colocar a mistura do Nescau e o leite, depois largar a mistura do creme e o merengue. Levar ao frízer por no mínimo 12h.
