  1. First make the brigadier. In a pan put the condensed milk, the cream of milk and the cocoa and mix well. Take it to the low fire, always stirring until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan, turn off the fire and let it cool completely.
  2. Assembly: in a mold with a removable background, place the bis around the mold, alternating white and black bis. Chop the bis and line the bottom. Put a layer of ice cream (leave the ice cream out of the freezer minutes before using, to soften a little), and put the brigadeiro on top, put some chopped Bis and lastly a layer of ice cream, smooth to be leftover. Decorate with bis and take it to the freezer until the ice cream has set, about 4 hours. Unmold and leave in the freezer until serving time. You can take a few minutes earlier for the ice cream to soften.
