Em uma panela misture 1 xícara de leite, o leite condensado, 2 colheres de amido de milho de preferência já dissolvida e meche até engrossar. Quando estiver no ponto, adiciona o creme de leite e desliga. Coloca em um refratário e deixa esfriar.

Repete o processo do primeiro creme, a diferença é adicionar 3 ou 4 colheres de chocolate em pó. Ao finalizar, coloca por cima do creme branco e aguarda esfriar.

Faz o chantilly conforme embalagem, levando a batedeira até obter o ponto. Quando a sobremesa esfriar, coloca por cima e pode enfeitar com granulado, bombons de chocolate quebradinhos... Fica uma delícia gelado, por tanto, deixar ao menos 6 a 8 horas na geladeira ou fazer de um dia para o outro. É delicioso!
