Em um liquidificador coloque o leite, açúcar e a liga neutra, bata por 5 minutos em uma velocidade média

Depois coloque em um pote de sorvete, leve ao freezer e deixe lá por 2 horas

Depois de ter passado 2 horas, pegue e coloque em uma batedeira e acrescente o Emusificante, bata em velocidade alta até dobrar de tamanho e obter uma textura cremosa, coloque o saborizante aos poucos e vai experimentando para ver se agrada o seu paladar e continue batendo para o sabor agregar na massa

Se caso deseje dois sabores ou mais, vai ter que separar a massa antes de colocar o sabor, e vai fazendo os mesmos processo dito anteriormente em relação ao saborizante
