- First make the pre-ferment mixture Mix the yeast with the tablespoon of sugar, the 30 ml of milk, and the 25 g of wheat flour, let it rest for 15 minutes
- Pasta: Sift all dry ingredients. Make a crown with the sifted ingredients, add the pre-ferment and start mixing the ingredients. Beat the egg with a fork and add to the previous ingredients. Add vanilla essence and salt. Mix the dough with your hands, adding milk until the dough is smooth, soft and homogeneous.
- Add the butter and mix a little more. Let the dough rest until it doubles in volume. Divide the dough into portions of 20 grams. Boil and take to rest on a greased board with butter until it doubles in volume.
- Fry in oil that is not very hot so that the dough does not burst and the core does not become raw. Remove excess fat on a paper towel.
- Cut in half and fill with the goinabada, roll in powdered sugar
