- White chocolate bar500 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Lemon juice2 unit(s)
- Green food coloring to taste
- Milk or semisweet chocolate bar500 g
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Add the cream and lemon juice and mix well.
- Finally, add food coloring to taste. (2 drops are enough) Reserve
- Melt the chocolate to make the truffle shells, and pour into the molds.
- Make two layers and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Then add the mousse to the truffles and top with more melted chocolate.
- Take it to the fridge for 5 hours and then just unmold.
