  • Chocolate bar fractionated with milk.500 g
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Grated colo100 g
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  1. In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, grated coconut and margarine.
  2. On low heat, stir constantly so it doesn't burn until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan and you can turn it off.
  3. Transfer to a plate to cool and then, if you prefer, transfer to a pastry bag to make it easier to fill the truffles.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and pass two layers in the truffle molds. Beware of waste, do it calmly and take it to the fridge for 10 minutes.
  5. Then fill the chocolate shells still in the molds and close with melted chocolate.
  6. Take the fridge for 10 minutes and then unmold with delicacy so it doesn't break.
  7. Save them as you wish. Great tip for making an extra.
