- In a blender, beat the milk, cornstarch, cocoa powder and sugar.
- Pour the mixture into a pan with the cinnamon and place over low heat, stirring constantly until it boils.
- Turn off, add the cream and stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Serve it hot
