Unsalted butter or margarine150 g
Eggs3 unit(s)
Organic Honey Flowers of Aroeira6 tablespoon
Milk250 ml
refined sugar200 g
Wheat Flour270 g
Baking Powder1 tablespoon
Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
Dwarf banana in slices to taste
Organic Honey Mastic Flowers for topping to taste
Flaked Almonds (optional) to taste

In a bowl, mix the butter well (room temperature) with the honey, add the eggs, a pinch of salt and beat well with a fork or fouet.
Add the milk, sugar, flour and yeast and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Brush the surface of the waffle maker with a little oil.
Put the dough in the waffle maker (about 4 tablespoons) and wait to cook (about 3 minutes)
Repeat this process until you run out of dough.
Serve with banana, almonds and honey to taste 😋
