- Unsalted butter or margarine150 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Organic Honey Flowers of Aroeira6 tablespoon
- Milk250 ml
- refined sugar200 g
- Wheat Flour270 g
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Dwarf banana in slices to taste
- Organic Honey Mastic Flowers for topping to taste
- Flaked Almonds (optional) to taste
- In a bowl, mix the butter well (room temperature) with the honey, add the eggs, a pinch of salt and beat well with a fork or fouet.
- Add the milk, sugar, flour and yeast and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Brush the surface of the waffle maker with a little oil.
- Put the dough in the waffle maker (about 4 tablespoons) and wait to cook (about 3 minutes)
- Repeat this process until you run out of dough.
- Serve with banana, almonds and honey to taste 😋
