Brown sugar60 g
Refined sugar120 g
Honey,85 g
Wheat flour2 cup
Chocolate 50%2 teaspoon
Milk240 ml
Cinnamon powder to taste
Grape powder to taste
Baking soda or baking powder1 teaspoon

Beat egg, sugar, milk, honey, chocolate powder and spices in a blender for 1min, transfer to a bowl and with the help of a whisk add the flour and baking powder gradually.
Inté a mold with a 20cm hole in the middle with release agent or individual molds. Bake in pre-heated shape at 180* degrees for 20 to 30 min. Tip: when the cake is baked, it comes off the sides of the pan and when you stick the toothpick it comes out clean
