  • Milk2 cup
  • Brown sugar1 cup
  • Chocolate powder 50% cocoa3/4 cup
  • Honey3/4 cup
  • Flour2 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Baking soda1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
  • Dulce de leche1 can(s)
  • Chocolate bar400 g
  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
  2. In a bowl, mix all the liquid ingredients.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients, leaving the yeast and bicarbonate for last.
  4. Put the dough in small round molds and put it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the honey breads from the molds, wait to cool and cut in half, filling with dulce de leche.
  6. Cover with melted chocolate and let it dry on aluminum foil.
