- Hot milk150 ml
- Chamomile tea bag3 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Eggs2 cup
- Oil120 ml
- Wheat flour300 g
- Baking powder16 g
- Place the tea bags in the hot milk and leave for 3 minutes, then remove the bags and set aside.
- In the mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until pale, then add the reserved tea and beat for another 2 minutes.
- Add the oil, honey and mix well, finally add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured 22 cm shape. in diameter and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
