- Clove and cinnamon stick to taste
- Sugar1/2 cup

- Put the hominy to cook under pressure with water for about 30 minutes. After that time, see if it's soft.
- Once cooked, transfer to another pan and add the milk, the young milk, the grated coconut, the cloves, the cinnamon and sugar.
- Let it boil until it gets very creamy, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick to the bottom.
