- Leave the hominy corn to soak overnight or 12 hours.
- Heat the pressure cooker with the Minho.
- Add water, two fingers above the hominy.
- Then let it cook for 40 minutes or until the hominy is cooked.
- Wait for the pressure to release and add a box of condensed milk and coconut milk, mix well and let it boil. Then turn off the heat. And ready.
