- Start by soaking the hominy for 1 night
- After soaking the corn , wash and drain the water , take the pressure cooker with water for around 35 minutes , open it and check if it is cooked
- Add the milk, sugar and condensed milk, stir
- Let it boil and get consistency, after the broth thickens add the cream of milk and turn off
- It can be served hot with cinnamon, peanuts or whatever you prefer.
