  • 1 level tablespoon emucifying or emustab1 tablespoon
  1. Whisk the eggs and sugar on medium speed until completely mixed, then gradually add the wheat flour in the mixer, beat for 2 to 3 minutes, then add 50 grams of chocolate, 50% cocoa, the yeast and 90 ml. of water and beat on low speed for 1 minute, add the emucifier and beat on high speed until doubled in volume.
  2. Point, put the dough in half of the forminha and take it to bake.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180° before putting the cake in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Forminha yield.
