- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Flour4 cup
- Sugar for the icing4 cup
- Water1 cup

- In a bowl place the milk, yeast, sugar, margarine and eggs.
- mix very well
- Slowly add the flour, mixing well until smooth, knead with your hands and add more flour if needed until the dough is firm.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface, cut the dough into equal parts, roll the dough into pieces and cut it into pieces the size you want, knead it with a fork very lightly
- Place the cookies in a greased shape and bake for half an hour or until the cookies are golden, remove and set aside.
- For the frosting, just boil the water with the 4 cups of sugar until the point of thread, and beat the whites until the point of snow
- Pass the sugar mixture and the snow whites in a mixer and beat until it looks like whipped cream, pass the cookies and decorate as you prefer.
