Strawberry Juice Powder

Esquenta o leite, para ele ficar morninho (temperatura de mamadeira de bebê). Em seguida, adicione o iogurte natural e misture bem. Feche a vasilha, embrulhe em um pano de prato. Coloque em um lugar abafado (coloquei no forno) por +\- 5h.
Após as 5hs adicione  cerca de 1/3 do iogurte no liquidificador e o pó de suco de morango, bata e misture com o restante do iogurte. Coloque na geladeira para gelar.
Fica igual ao de supermercado 😋

Warm the milk so it stays warm (baby bottle temperature). Then add the plain yogurt and mix well. Close the bowl, wrap in a tea towel. Put it in a stuffy place (I put it in the oven) for +\- 5h.
After 5 pm add about 1/3 of the yogurt to the blender and the strawberry juice powder, beat and mix with the rest of the yogurt. Place in the fridge to chill.
It looks just like the supermarket 😋
