  • Colored granules to taste
  1. Dilute the gelatin in the hot water as it loses the packaging. Place in a blender and blend for 10 seconds, then add the cold water as measured on the package and blend again.
  2. Add condensed milk and cream and beat until well blended. Add in a container and take it to the freezer for 40 minutes or until it gets gelatin point.
  3. Remove from the freezer and put it in the mixer and beat for 10 minutes on high speed until it doubles the volume.
  4. After double the volume, add the granules and mix gently until mixed. Add in a pot with a lid and take it to the freezer for 3 hours or until it reaches the point of ice cream. And that's it, just delight yourself!!!
