- Colored granules to taste
- Dilute the gelatin in the hot water as it loses the packaging. Place in a blender and blend for 10 seconds, then add the cold water as measured on the package and blend again.
- Add condensed milk and cream and beat until well blended. Add in a container and take it to the freezer for 40 minutes or until it gets gelatin point.
- Remove from the freezer and put it in the mixer and beat for 10 minutes on high speed until it doubles the volume.
- After double the volume, add the granules and mix gently until mixed. Add in a pot with a lid and take it to the freezer for 3 hours or until it reaches the point of ice cream. And that's it, just delight yourself!!!
