- Roasted peanuts without skin1 kg
- Coconut Oil2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Place the peanuts in a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes to lightly heat.
- Place the warm peanuts in the food processor and start to beat until small and moist pieces are formed. Add the coconut oil, sugar and beat again until you get a cream, this will take a while so be very calm, keep beating and if you need to stop for the equipment to rest.
- Put it in a clean pot with a cap and take it to freeze.
- Conservation: keep in a clean pot with a lid in the fridge and consume within 20 days! If you want you can freeze it, to consume I recommend hitting it again to emulsify!
