  • Coconut Oil2 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  1. Place the peanuts in a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes to lightly heat.
  2. Place the warm peanuts in the food processor and start to beat until small and moist pieces are formed. Add the coconut oil, sugar and beat again until you get a cream, this will take a while so be very calm, keep beating and if you need to stop for the equipment to rest.
  3. Put it in a clean pot with a cap and take it to freeze.
  4. Conservation: keep in a clean pot with a lid in the fridge and consume within 20 days! If you want you can freeze it, to consume I recommend hitting it again to emulsify!
