- Egg whites4 unit(s)
- 70% cocoa chocolate100 g
- Whip the egg whites until stiff.
- Break the chocolate and take it to the microwave to melt (place it every 30 seconds and mix in between until it's all melted) or melt in a water bath.
- BE CAREFUL THE CHOCOLATE DOES NOT BURN!!!
- Then just mix the chocolate in the snow whites (you can hit the mixer to mix better).
- Distribute in jars (mine yielded 4 cups in half), take the fridge for about 2 hours.
