- wheat flour1 cup
- cinnamon powder2 teaspoon

- oil400 ml
- sour cream1/2 can(s)
- chocolate3 tablespoon
- In a pan put 1 cup of water, wait for it to boil and put 2 tablespoons of margarine, two tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt. After everything is homogeneous add 1 cup of flour and mix until it comes off the pan.
- Turn off the heat and add 1 egg and mix quickly so the egg doesn't cook (you have to mix it with the hot dough)
- wait for it to cool a little, with the warm dough put it in a confectioner's sleeve with the tip of your choice or it's a tube suitable for churros
- with the oil very hot put the portions wait to fry until they rise in the oil when golden remove from the oil and place in a bowl with paper towels
- mix 3 tablespoons of sugar with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder on a plate, pass the churros
- then in a pan put 1 tablespoon of margarine, 1/2 can of cream and 3 tablespoons of chocolate milk, stir until boiling then place in a small pot
