  • Ripe mangoes (peeled and pitted)2 unit(s)
  • Whole milk1 cup
  • Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  1. Place the mangoes with the milk in the blender. Beat for 5 minutes.
  2. Pass the blended contents through a fine sieve if the mangos are lint-free. Return the liquid to the blender.
  3. Add the cream and condensed milk. Stir with a spoon. And beat for 3 minutes.
  4. Place the contents of the blender in a jar with a lid, close. Place in the freezer for 3 hours.
  5. Transfer the ice cream to the mixer and beat on high speed for 10 minutes. This process will bring creaminess to the ice cream.
  6. After beaten, put the ice cream in the pot, close with the lid. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  7. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Serve with chocolate syrup.
