- Recipe
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Chopped Tomato1/2 kg
- Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Basil leaves to taste
- Put all the ingredients in a pan, except the basil (leave to put more for the end).
- Low heat, stirring only occasionally. Until you reach the jelly point (about 25min).
- Store in a clean glass bottle.
